Meet Caroline Gilchrist
Caroline Gilchrist is a licensed marriage and family therapist located in Walnut Creek, California. She specializes in working with relationships issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, supporting individuals through challenging life changes, stress management, coping skills, attachment issues, and working with adolescent clients and their families. Caroline is passionate about creating a collaborative, supportive relationship with her clients to empower them to reach their goals and live a genuine, fulfilling life. Her goal is for her clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered through their journey in therapy.

Individual therapy is designed to support clients address issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, attachment, and more. It allows clients an opportunity to reflect on thoughts, emotions, and actions in a safe and comfortable setting with the support of a trained professional.

Adolescent therapy helps young people navigate peer relationships, identity, boundaries, life transitions, sexuality, parental and/or family conflict, communication and other issues that often are present in the lives of teens.

Couples therapy supports partners as they navigate through confliction and communication issues. This type of therapy is open to dating, engaged, newly married, and married partners. Couples therapy gives couples the change to develop skills and practice interactions that will support the health and longevity of their relationship.
